PTA Orders Mobile Companies To Block Text Messages

PTA,Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has ordered mobile phone companies in Pakistan to block text messages containing obscene words.

PTA has ordered to begin screening text messages by 21 of this month.Telenor and Ufone have confirmed that such orders have been given by PTA of blocking text messages.

They Told that a Dictionary of banned words have been given to them.
A Letter written by Muhammad Talib Dogger an official of PTA has been leaked by Pakistani media.According to that letter Talib Dogger mentioned that ,

Telecom companies should begin screening the list of words attached to the letter with in seven days.
This screening is happening because of the complains of costumers and PTA added that the words are not finished yet,they will keep updating the words in the future.

So now the problem is,"What are the words these telecommunication companies will be blocking" and how to block so many of these text messages as all the messages been sent will be read by the servers and blocking a long list of words in Urdu and English will be a hell of a job.

I have a vast experience of travelling on motorway. To my luck i have never ever been challaned on the motorway because of over speeding.
